As you can tell, we're big on QuickBooks Online. In fact, we won't take on monthly bookkeeping clients without an active QBO subscription. Why is that? It's an all-in-one accounting solution that is efficient and easy to work with, both for bookkeepers and small business owners. Don't know much about QBO? Finally have everything figured out in QB Desktop and afraid of having to learn a new system? Here are some ways we can help:

Quickbooks Training

Learning a system that is new to you and your employees can be daunting. We are a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, meaning we have credentials showing we know the ins and outs of QBO. We will spend time onsite at your location training you and your staff on QuickBooks Online (QBO). This service is included with the purchase of the QB Desktop to QBO Migration service or an initial QBO books setup, however this service can stand alone if you currently have or recently switched to QBO and need help getting up to speed.

Quickbooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online Migration

If you already have QB Desktop and are looking for a more efficient way to take care of your accounting, we will help you migrate from QB Desktop to QBO. This service includes helping to decide which subscription level of QBO is right for your business, migrating the data, ensuring the data transfers correctly, fixing any issues resulting from the transfer, and training you and your staff on the new system. 

Initial QuickBooks Online Books Setup

If you do not have QB Desktop or an active QBO subscription, we can help you to sign up and start your books within QBO. This service includes deciding which subscription level of QBO is best for your business, signing up for the appropriate subscription level, setting up the books, either from scratch, or according to the processes and information you already have in whatever accounting system you use, and training you and your staff on the new system.
